ZZ Scales is based in China. If you submit an enquiry from outside China, your information will be processed in China. Where required by local law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms to protect your information in transit and at rest.

Enquiry / RFQ data: up to 24 months after last contact.

Analytics data: up to 14 months.

Server security logs: up to 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@zzscale.com. We respond within 30 days.
